Kiss Me Quick and Rock and Roll

Not afraid to be me... Feeling motivated

So I was heading Northwest on a coach towards Blackpool, I wasn't daunted but I knew I would be on uncharted territory... I had been there before but this felt different for the right reasons.

I checked into my hotel at the top end of town and settled in. It was a blustery day so I had to be prepared for that. I dressed accordingly and made my way out to the tram stop. Bought my ticket and the conductor said thank you darling.... great start... By the time I got to Fleetwood it was lashing down with rain so I decided to head back... my ticket was valid a week so I wasn't wasting it.

Anyway I got back and decided to stay in and have a drink in the bar.

Next morning was better and I headed into town and specifically the Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds. I loved it, looking at the fantastic creatures and didn't feel out of place. The girl at the ticket desk was very friendly. I then went to Madame Tussauds and posed with some of the waxworks. See below for some of the fun I had. I later went to the Airport for a aviation fix too.

Later in the evening I decided to go to one of the LGBTQ friendly bars to have a few drinks. I sat down and instantly was beckoned over. I felt great and welcomed. Suddenly I had a tap on the shoulder, it was the girl from the Sealife Centre, she gave me a big hug and said I looked amazing. We chatted and we became friends, swapped numbers and we said would meet again.

Next morning was my last in Blackpool... I was heading home but I had time to kill, I went back to the Sealife Centre and to see my new friend, she recognised me instantly despite me being in boi mode, she let me go in and have a look around again. When I got back we added each other on Facebook and that sealed the friendship.

My coach arrived and it was time to leave, I sat down and a beautiful lady sat across from me, we caught each others eyes and we smiled. I had to change coach at Manchester and so did she, we started to chat and I told her my story, she was so supportive and said we should meet up again and go clubbing. I didn't hesitate and said yes. We got in the coach and the whole journey we looked across at each other. I had made another friend and it was good.

I got off at Golders Green and said my goodbyes, the lady blew me a kiss and said message me anytime, we swapped Instagram profiles so we could stay in touch.

Another successful weekend was achieved.. where to next... My brain ticked...
