Mother Glasgow welcomes me with open arms
The night was the best I'd had in a while
So there I was on a coach heading to Glasgow to meet my mentor... A lady known as Miss Treat who was going to look after me and support me...
I arrived early morning at Buchanan Street Bus Station and headed to my hotel for the evening. Having checked in I then headed to Glasgow Airport to do my passion of aircraft photography. After a final cup of tea I headed outside and there was my mentor and her husband. I got the biggest hug I had ever had and I was very emotional. We drove to her house passing some lovely scenery and had lunch together.
We made arrangements for the next day which was to be something very special. That evening I was taken back to my hotel in the city. Settled down for the night and prepared for the next day.
I woke early and got ready. Checked out and headed to the Airport again. Once again Miss Treat met me from there and we drove towards her house again.
A nice dinner was had and then I got showered and ready. I decided on a leather dress and a biker jacket with red heels. In walked Miss Treat in her outfit... She looked amazing. Upon closing the door she announced 'hello Tammy, my name is Miss Treat' I said ' hello Miss Treat'.
My make up and hair was all done and I was ready. The 3 of us headed in the city and our first club of the evening, an important night as it was last night of the Glasgow Dungeon, I met some wonderful people there and was accepted. I made some new friends with a Mistress Vixen and a Master Sam, they later became twitter followers of mine. I felt confident and absolutely comfortable. Miss Treat was at my side and she held my hand tight.
We later headed to Club AXM in town, a LGBTQ club with a very welcoming atmosphere. Music was great and once again I felt at ease. People wanted to have pictures taken with me, and I almost felt like a celebrity. I spoke to many people and they all said how beautiful I looked.
I did something that will live with me to this day.. I danced with Miss Treat and we were in synch... I felt amazing.
We made our way home and I settled for the night... Basking in the afterglow of that evening... Tammy was public and I had achieved something incredible.
Morning broke and I had a lovely breakfast with my hosts before it was time to head for London on my coach.
We said our goodbyes and we knew the close bond had got stronger... As I reached Carlisle a tear rolled down my face... I wasnt sad I was proud...
I had confidence and planned my next trip... what was to happen next was another turning point...
